As a brand manager, I have spent the past six years getting to know the mission, voice, and goals of local Minnesotan businesses and national non-profits. See a list of my services below; scroll down to check out my portfolio.
In my role at the National Susan B. Anthony Museum & House, I produced educational content for social media on topics relevant to woman's history. (Hester Jeffrey History reel co-created with Cameron Katz of History Made By Us)
With Lineage Counseling, a Minnesota based therapist group, I worked to refine their brand and institute a social media regimen. The project included designing various templates for social media, a social media calendar, and professional documents.
With Dose Health, a local medical technology start-up, I was hired to create a comprehensive brand book. Additionally, I worked with staff to create education material that disseminated complex medical information in a friendly, easy-to-read tone.
In 2021, I was hired to manage and rebrand social media strategy for Bethel University Library, including the launch of their new Zero Cost Program. I planned and posted weekly content with an emphasis on education and informing the audience of the incredible free resources that the library has to offer.
